Collaborates with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to promptly resolve incidents within the cyber domain. Extensive experience with ITIL4 and SIAM frameworks, and a proven track record of working with organisations such as Fujitsu, DXC, BT, CapGemini, Airbus, Serco, and Babcock.
